Please read everything on this page and fill out the application below. Once completed visit the events page and select the date you’d like register, there you will able to purchase and specify the booth type.
Vendor Requirements & Application
— All Food & Non Vendors must obtain a city business license. Click here to Obtain a Santa Ana city business license.

— All Food Vendors including Pre-Packaged, Open Food Booth and Food Truck/Trailer Vendors must have valid TFF permits from the Orange County Health Department, it is your responsibility to submit applications four weeks prior to the scheduled event. Click Here to Obtain an OC TFF permit. Expires every 90 days with Events Permit. Each city requires their own TFF permit. Please Note for the TFF Application, we provide. the 3-comp sink & restrooms for employees. You must bring your own Hand Washing Sink inside your booth. Please make this easy on yourself by being prepared.
—Booth Size 10’x10′ *If you need a larger space, you will be charged for 2 Booths.
—Space does not include Electricity, must bring your own generator.
—Booth Set up must adhere to all OC Fire Authority & OC Health Department Rules & Regulations. If you do not have everything to set up, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Weather Clause – If The Plant District decides to cancel & rescedule due to Bad Weather, Acts of God, or Natural Disasters, there will be NO REFUNDS. Only credit for future event will be given.
